Adult Training Sessions

Skill development and fitness for adults.​

Our Adult Training program is a fun, engaging way to build fitness, develop basketball skills and enjoy the sport in a welcoming environment. Whether you’re returning after a break or discovering basketball for the first time as an adult, you’ll feel right at home.

 

Sessions are run by BWB coaches and include skill development, structured drills and friendly scrimmages.

  • Weekly sessions for all skill and fitness levels

  • Emphasis on skill, movement, and enjoyment

  • Great way to connect socially and stay active

  • No previous playing experience required

  • Welcoming, non-judgmental atmosphere

 

Many of our junior parents join this program—it’s a chance to be active, social and better understand the game their kids love.
