Commitment to your team

All players are expected to attend trainings and games. In the event they are unwell but able to attend in person, we request they make it to all trainings and games to observe and remain up to date with the team’s coaching.

We kindly ask that your player takes their team position with commitment and priority. Many children work hard to be selected into a BWB team and expect to play with team mates who demonstrate the same level of commitment and hard work.

With the exception of Rep Basketball or school commitments, we kindly request they do not commit to other extracurricular sports that may interfere with their ability to train and play with their team. Late or missed attendance to trainings or games is disruptive to your player’s development and also affects their team’s performance during game day.

Please consider this carefully before accepting a position with Bayside Warriors Basketball.
