Bee Strip

Coach Bee Strip brings over a decade of international experience as a player and coach. He has played professionally in Japan, Vietnam and the United States with teams such as the Saitama Broncos, Earthfriendz Tokyo Z and Olympia Reign. He built a reputation as a versatile scorer and rebounder earning MVP awards across Asia and a feature in Dime Magazine for his path to the NBA G League.

He has coached in five countries. He previously led the Los Altos School District program in California where he coached boys and girls teams and strengthened the program through clear structure and strong fundamentals. He has also coached at youth academies in Vietnam, run skill programs at Stanford University, University of Oregon and coached teams in Japan.

At Bayside Warriors Coach Bee keeps his approach simple: build fundamentals, teach basketball IQ and help players compete with confidence. His sessions focus on smart decisions hard work and habits that support long term growth.
